Refund policy

Fragrances are not exchangeable, refundable, or returnable. To be sure you enjoy our impression of a fragrance, please try samples first.
Refunds and cancellations are unavailable for orders finished, shipped, or delivered from Luxury Scent Outlet. We may cancel your order and provide a refund if it still needs to be processed or fulfilled.  

 
Fragrances, lotions, shower gels, body butter, body sprays, raw shea butter, lip gloss, and any openable cosmetic product are not returnable to maintain our product's quality. This is both standard industry procedure and Mississippi Health Law. The products can only be returned with prior authorization because they are custom manufactured to order. Before making a more significant purchase, we strongly advise you to take advantage of our sample policy to ensure that these oils fit your liking. Please order a test strip sample to be sure it meets your needs before purchasing since we cannot issue refunds if you are unhappy with our version of a fragrance. 
 
 
The customer is liable for any outbound shipping fees we have paid and any return expenses if an order is refused or returned without authorization.
