1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS-
All USPS Mail are estimated delivery time. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS OR UPS DELAYS. USPS Policy states they cannot guarantee shipping estimates
2. Free Local Pickup
Email will be sent when the item(s) are ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions.
3. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2 weeks(s) or more depending on the amount of orders received, weather and availability- this is excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders are made to order, which prolongs the processing process. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
4. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If you have questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
5. RETURNS
All sales are final. And returns are not accepted.
6. DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.
7. DAMAGED ORDERS
Luxury Scent Outlet is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, contact us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) restricts what items can be shipped through air transportation in the U.S. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
